Rotem Shani Ella demonstrates this in full force with the project at Betzalel 24 Street in Tel Aviv.
Our breakthrough in this project came after years during which the residents tried to promote the project unsuccessfully due to the unique characteristics of the plot.

Our solution led to the creation of a plan based on the creative design of the apartments, in which the apartment space was expanded despite the planning constraints, along with the addition of a balcony and a secure room (Mamad).
The new building will include a new and accessible elevator, a bicycle room, an underground and above-ground parking lot with preparations for electric charging stations and a redesign of the common areas.
