Renewing Tel Aviv

This is another project in which the residents did not expect much – as they were informed that Tama 2 (demolition and construction) was not available for their building.

Rotem Shani Ella suggested an innovative plan according to which all advantages of Tama 38/1 would be used in full, and the company would invest in planning and execution to provide tenants with completely new apartments and a parking space for each apartment.

Thanks to our high planning and engineering capabilities, we are able to offer residents a conventional (as opposed to mechanical) underground parking lot, even though the building will not be demolished.

This creative approach led the residents to accept our offer and embark on the project with Rotem Shani Ella Ltd.
