Mr. Turiski is a graduate of Tel Aviv University's Economics and Business Administration faculty. Born in Israel and raised in France, Avi began his career in the field of high-yield industry in France, and upon his return to Israel, founded a pioneering real estate marketing firm, before founding Rotem Shani with his partner Didi Yedidya in 1996. Turiski manages the company's headquarters and its staff and is responsible for liaison with its partners – land and property owners, as well as sales, marketing, planning, engineering, and oversight.

Asaf Aricha

Mr. Aricha holds a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from the Technion. He has served in senior engineering roles in the municipal arena, including: Municipal Engineer of Eilat, Engineer on Harel Regional Committee for Planning and Construction and Engineer for Lev Hasharon Regional Council. His addition to Rotem Shani has provided us with a significant advantage in everything related to realizing our company's vision, and in planning and licensing processes with local municipalities.

Dalia Turiski

Mrs. Turiski is a graduate of Economics and Business Administration from Tel Aviv University. She has acquired over twenty years of valuable experience in sales and marketing in the real estate industry. As part of her role in the company, she is responsible for the company's corporate identity, its marketing strategy, and the development and application of these in each of our projects.

Guy Gross

Mr. Gross is a graduate of the Technion's Faculty of Civil Engineering and an expert engineer. He is one of Israel's leading engineering professionals. Before joining Rotem Shani, he served in a series of senior positions including VP Engineering at Aura, CEO of Ashtrom Zambia, and VP Engineering at Manrav Projects, in which he oversaw the planning and execution of wide-scale residential, commercial, employment and infrastructure projects in Israel and abroad.

Avi Nakash

Mr. Nakash has served in key roles in the sales divisions of Israel's leading real estate companies, including Africa Israel Residential and Eldar Marketing. He is responsible for the company's sales arrays, supervision of the on-site crews at the various locations and management of client relations until completion of transactions.

Adv. Eliad Maslaton

Eliad is a graduate in Law and holds a degree in Business Administration specializing in real estate from Reichman University, and is a member of the Israeli Bar Association. He began his career as a real estate entrepreneur in 2012. Eliad has vast experience in initiating complex real estate projects. He is an expert in planning and construction in general, and specifically in urban renewal. As part of his role, he is responsible for locating potential projects, conducting all the necessary tests, supervising negotiations and signing contracts with landowners – until execution of the projects.

Koren Shtern

Koren is a graduate cum laude of Business Administration, specializing in Accounting and Law, from the College of Management, and holds an MA magna cum laude in Business Administration and Financing from the College of Management.
Koren Shtern, CPA, has vast experience in the field of finance. In her last role she served as Chief Accountant for the Real Estate Division at the publicly owned company Gazit Globe, and was responsible for management of the Finance and Accounting divisions, reporting regularly to the board and management, generating financial reports, and supervising tax and audits. Before that she was the company's treasurer. In the past she also worked as a CPA at the accounting firm Somekh Chaikin KPMG.

Shoval Shlanger Krauthammer

Mrs. Shlanger Krauthammer is graduate of Ariel University in the Faculty of Communication, specializing in digital marketing. Before joining Rotem Shani, she served as a marketing manager in a private real estate company for residential and investment. Shuval has extensive experience in characterizing and optimizing marketing processes and Responsible for marketing and digital marketing in particular for business development, sales and the various divisions in Rotem Shani.

Adir Ben Tovim

Mr. Ben Tovim is a graduate of Law at Bar Ilan University and Government and Diplomacy at Reichman College. He started his real estate career as a Project Manager at Lod Economic Company. Before joining Rotem Shani, he served as Manager of the Residential Division at Urban Renewal at Amidar.
Adir currently leads the Customer Relations and Customer Service arrays at Rotem Shani, and works to implement the vision of the customer at the center in all company units.

Gil Mastey

Gil Mastey is a retired IDF Major from the elite Unit 13. He studied Science at the Hebrew University and was one of the founders of the Premilitary school at Aderet. Gil has 20 years of accumulated experience in initiation of complicated planning projects, including projects in the field of preservation and reinforcement. Since joining Rotem Shani, he has been responsible for the extensive TAMA 38 activity within the boutique Tel Aviv projects.

Lior Mahalal
Company Appraiser"Business analysis along with planning creativity is a significant component in realizing and promoting projects while providing a realistic forecast for the benefit of our company and partners."
Mr. Mahalal is a graduate of Geography and Management from Ben Gurion University and studied Real Estate Appraisal at the Technion. He is a licensed real estate appraiser. Before joining Rotem Shani he served as head of Real Estate Appraisal and zero reports at SK Real Estate Appraisers. Lior has vast experience in analyzing the feasibility of real state projects, with an emphasis on urban renewal projects.

Itai Ansbacher

Mr. Ansbacher holds an MA in Urban and Regional Planning from the Technion and is a graduate of the Ministry of Interior's Regional Government Cadet program. Throughout his career, Itai has accumulated experience as a planner in the Municipalities of Jerusalem, Tirat HaCarmel, and Or Akiva, and as a senior analyst at Czamanski & Ben Shahar Ltd.

Natali Sabag

Ms. Sabag has vast experience in human resources and customer service. Before joining the company she served as Director of Operations at Shviro Glass. She is responsible for all areas of employee relations, human resources, and management of the office team.

רו"ח איתן ארנון בעל ניסיון רב בתחום הכספים בחברות ציבוריות, הן במחלקת הכספים והן כרו"ח מבקר. בתפקידו האחרון במחלקת הכספים בחברת "דיפלומט שיווק והפצה" היה שותף להליך הנפקת החברה לראשונה (IPO) בבורסה לני"ע בתל אביב, עסק בהכנת דוחות כספיים, דיווחים שוטפים להנהלה ולרשויות וכן דוחות מס. בוגר משרד סומך חייקין (KPMG) במחלקת ביקורת הייטק.

Arnon Shlush

Arnon holds an MA from the Technion in Regional and Urban Planning, and is also a graduate of the Ministry of Interior's Cadet Program for Municipal Administration. Arnon has experience in the municipal arena as an urban planner and project manager on the Carmel Mountain and Pardes-Hana-Karkour Regional Committees.
