Rotem Shani brings a new and exciting annunciation to Beit Shemesh in the form of a new residential neighborhood, which includes luxurious apartments with uncompromising planning and execution, and a design concept that elevates the beloved pastoral and communal atmosphere of the city.

This is a large-scale urban renewal project, which will be built at once and includes the demolition of 4 old buildings, including 72 apartments, and the construction of a new, modern neighborhood in the heart of the city. The complex will include 5 buildings of 9-27 floors, including 547 units.

As always, we put a lot of thought into the community that will live in the project and created environmental planning and development for it, which will allow it to grow and strengthen. The residents of the project will benefit, upon its completion, from safe and well-maintained community infrastructure, which will include places where the children will play and laugh, the parents will sweeten a conversation on benches and all in the heart of a green and inspiring environment, which connects to the urban space on the one hand and maintains intimacy on the other.

This complex joins a group of successful projects across the country, among them Rotem Shani RESORT, a residential district in the new north of Netanya that includes 206 units, Rotem Shani Brandeis Ra’anana, a residential neighborhood that includes 136 units, Rotem Shani WE-R Ra’anana, a residential complex that includes 219 units  and Rotem Shani Ganey Tikva, the new neighborhood of Gush Dan, which includes 426 units.
