At the point where Tel Aviv meets Givatayim, on the highly sought-after Rachel St., we are marketing our company’s seventh and intriguing project. It is located on an idyllic and quiet street just minutes away from the bustling routine of the city and everything Givatayim has to offer: a green park, the Givatayim mall, bars, cafes, and the Givatayim Theater.

As in all our other projects, here too we insisted on creating the highest value for our homeowners, through initiation and approval of a new urban plan that will set and approve the rights within less than a year, convening all homeowners in the compound in one project to ensure rapid progress and the promotion of an optimal project.

The project on Sde Boker Street, which is gradually being filled with Rotem Shani masterpieces, will include two boutique 7 and 8 story buildings, with 32 apartments, garden apartments and penthouses.

The project, designed by Timor Schwartz Architects, is currently in advanced stages of planning.

Another project in which Rotem Shani’s creativity shows: we created 2 boutique buildings with three apartments on each story, to the satisfaction of the homeowners.
