A luxury tower on the Tel Aviv shoreline
Over the last two decades, Hayarkon Street has become the ultimate location of prestige, on the shore of Tel Aviv. Rotem Shani Hayarkon brings out the best of everything in Tel Aviv, with an ocean view.
To build this project, we brought together a dream team of Israeli architecture: D. Kesier, M. Keiser and A. Lakner, Architect Alex Mitlis and Bar Oryan Architects.
The project’s ultra-urban lifestyle is manifested in the design of 2-3 room apartments with huge spaces and balconies that allow one to enjoy the intoxicating view and ocean breeze. On the top floors there are unique mini penthouses with large balconies and panoramic views of the Tel Aviv beach.
The project was completed and successfully populated in 2018, and has become an icon of prestige on one of Israel’s most sought-after streets.
