Didi Yedidya

Mr. Yedidya is a retired IDF Colonel and graduate of MBA studies with a specialty in financing. He has been in the real estate market since the 1990s, and in 1996 he founded Rotem Shani along with Avi Turiski, his partner. Didi is in charge of the company's core activities, including building organizational and financial infrastructure, oversight and management of our project's business development, engineering, and planning teams, and management of all aspects of its public trading on TASE.

Mr. Turiski is a graduate of Tel Aviv University's Economics and Business Administration faculty. Born in Israel and raised in France, Avi began his career in the field of high-yield industry in France, and upon his return to Israel, founded a pioneering real estate marketing firm, before founding Rotem Shani with his partner Didi Yedidya in 1996. Turiski manages the company's headquarters and its staff and is responsible for liaison with its partners – land and property owners, as well as sales, marketing, planning, engineering, and oversight.

Mrs. Turiski is a graduate of Economics and Business Administration from Tel Aviv University. She has acquired over twenty years of valuable experience in sales and marketing in the real estate industry. As part of her role in the company, she is responsible for the company's corporate identity, its marketing strategy, and the development and application of these in each of our projects.
Guy Gross

Mr. Gross is a graduate of the Technion's Faculty of Civil Engineering and an expert engineer. He is one of Israel's leading engineering professionals. Before joining Rotem Shani, he served in a series of senior positions including VP Engineering at Aura, CEO of Ashtrom Zambia, and VP Engineering at Manrav Projects, in which he oversaw the planning and execution of wide-scale residential, commercial, employment and infrastructure projects in Israel and abroad.
Koren Shtern

Koren is a graduate cum laude of Business Administration, specializing in Accounting and Law, from the College of Management, and holds an MA magna cum laude in Business Administration and Financing from the College of Management.
Koren Shtern, CPA, has vast experience in the field of finance. In her last role she served as Chief Accountant for the Real Estate Division at the publicly owned company Gazit Globe, and was responsible for management of the Finance and Accounting divisions, reporting regularly to the board and management, generating financial reports, and supervising tax and audits. Before that she was the company's treasurer. In the past she also worked as a CPA at the accounting firm Somekh Chaikin KPMG.
Nir Avidan

Mr. Avidan is a graduate of business administration from the Open University.
With over 20 years of experience in senior management positions in high-tech and real estate, Nir brings extensive experience in entrepreneurship, planning and strategic management and is responsible for the initiation and development department.
Among his previous positions, he served as the CEO of Urban Renewal at the Katav Group, before that he held a series of senior positions in high-tech companies, including VP of Marketing for ECI Telecom.
Maya Tiomkin

Mrs. Tiomkin is an architect with a B.Arch degree from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology. She has over 20 years of experience in architecture and urban planning. Among her previous roles, she served as Vice President of Planning and Chief Architect at Shikun & Binui Real Estate, as well as Chief Architect at the real estate development arm of Paz. In these positions, she led major planning and value enhancement processes involving thousands of residential units.
Itai Ansbacher

Mr. Ansbacher holds an MA in Urban and Regional Planning from the Technion and is a graduate of the Ministry of Interior's Regional Government Cadet program. Throughout his career, Itai has accumulated experience as a planner in the Municipalities of Jerusalem, Tirat HaCarmel, and Or Akiva, and as a senior analyst at Czamanski & Ben Shahar Ltd.

Before joining Rotem Shani he served as head of Real Estate Appraisal and zero reports at SK Real Estate Appraisers. Lior has vast experience in analyzing the feasibility of real state projects, with an emphasis on urban renewal projects.

Adir Ben Tovim

Mr. Ben Tovim is a graduate of Law at Bar Ilan University and Government and Diplomacy at Reichman College. He started his real estate career as a Project Manager at Lod Economic Company. Before joining Rotem Shani, he served as Manager of the Residential Division at Urban Renewal at Amidar.
Adir currently leads the Customer Relations and Customer Service arrays at Rotem Shani, and works to implement the vision of the customer at the center in all company units.

Inbar Cooperman Cohen
