Renewing Tel Aviv

Hamegid 10 is a ten apartment building built in the 1930s by the well-known architect Rechter. The building has severe limitations which do not allow demolition and construction.

Rotem Shani Ela suggested an innovative outline according to which all the advantages found in TMA 38/1 will be used effectively and together with this the company will invest in unique planning and execution which will give the tenants completely new apartments and the attachment of parking for each apartment.

Due to the high engineering and planning ability of the company, we are able to offer the tenants a conventional (non-mechanical) parking lot under the building, even though the building will not be demolished. Instead of being left with no project at all, or with a demolition and construction project that requires a reduction of apartments by approximately 15 square meters per apartment, the tenants get brand new apartments, parking for each apartment, and an increase in the apartment area.

Of course, when faced with the alternatives offered in the market, the tenants chose to adopt the suggested outline and set out with Rotem Shani Ella.
